Aimo is a contract manufacturer of non-medicated dog ear cleaning solution and matching ear finger-wipes, made to your brand's specification. Send us the product you sell today — we return a spec-matched sample in 7–10 days with an indicative landed cost.
We fill and pack private label dog ear cleaner on cosmetic-grade liquid lines, and convert the matching ear finger-wipes on our own spunlace nonwoven lines. Both sit under one roof, which matters more than it sounds: in this category most manufacturers make the liquid or the wipe, so brands that want the full ear routine usually end up managing two suppliers, two lead times and two artwork processes.
Every formula we build is non-medicated and cosmetic-grade. We do not work with chlorhexidine, ketoconazole, hydrocortisone or pesticidal actives. That is a deliberate position, and it is explained in full further down this page.
The core liquid, spec-matched to your current bottle.
The other half of the routine — made on our own lines.
Cleaner and wipes co-branded and shipped as one set.
This is the first real fork for any brand entering ear care, and getting it wrong costs months. The two routes look similar on shelf and are completely different behind it.
| Non-medicated (what Aimo makes) | Medicated (we do not make this) | |
|---|---|---|
| Typical actives | Witch hazel, aloe, allantoin, glycerin | Chlorhexidine, ketoconazole, hydrocortisone |
| What it claims | Cleans, removes wax and debris, freshens | Treats, prevents or cures a condition |
| Regulatory lane | Cosmetic grooming — low barrier | Veterinary / drug-adjacent — registration burden |
| Retail onboarding | Straightforward; sits on the general grooming shelf | Slower; often restricted to vet or pharmacy channels |
| Time to launch | Weeks | Months, with legal review |
| Who it suits | Retail private label, DTC brands, groomer channel, subscription | Veterinary brands with regulatory resource |
Our honest view: the everyday cleaning job is what owners actually re-buy, week after week. That job does not require a drug. Choosing non-medicated is not a compromise — for most private label programs it is the faster, cheaper and more defensible route.

We do not ask you to pick from our list. Send the ear cleaner you sell now and we reverse-match the feel, viscosity, fragrance and pack, then return a sample with an indicative landed cost — so changing or adding a supplier is a low-risk comparison, not a leap of faith.
Cosmetic-grade filling and spunlace nonwoven converting in the same group. Most ear-care manufacturers make the bottle or the wipe. We make both, so the full routine ships from one supplier on one timeline.
Non-medicated only, stated up front. We will flag artwork that drifts into treatment claims before it reaches your retailer's compliance desk — which is cheaper than finding out afterwards.
From 3,000 units per SKU on a stock bottle. A first run should be a test, not a warehouse commitment.
Samples are free — you only cover the courier. There is no charge to find out whether we can match what you sell.
Ear cleaner is a repeat-purchase SKU. A single-supplier delay costs subscription customers, not just one order. A matched sample on file costs nothing and removes that risk.
Same gentle base, sharper story — these sit beside a core cleaner rather than competing with it.
For dogs that swim — flush water and debris, help the canal dry. A clear seasonal peak to plan promotions around.
For drop-eared breeds — Cockers, Goldens, Bassets, Doodles. Extra-large finger wipes plus cleaner and rinse as one routine.

Turning one bottle into a three-SKU ear-care routine that lifts basket value.
